unless a prior agreement was made for any of the above services.

Prior to arrival of a technician, the customer has to arrange for data backup.
If the service call is regarding data loss, corrupted data, data recovery or
data backup services, The technician has to be notified in advance.

Any information, viewed, copied, backed-up is property of the customer.
Connected Computers guarantees 100% data safty and privacy on-site and off-site.

Customer user names, passwords and security settings are kept private and shared only with
company personnel authorized by management to have access to some or all information.
